Fresh in this week!

This week at Billings we are embracing the colder autumn season! So to help you warm up we have a selection of seasonal foods.

Meat:
We have lovely fresh Scotch Ox Tails. The game season has come in so we have Rabbits and Pheasant as well.

We have created a fantastic 100% Venison sausage, which is purely Venison meat.

Fish:

We have been selling a lot of our homemade Fish cakes and Crab cakes. Come and try them, they come highly recommended. By us, but that still counts!

Just today we are creating a Salmon en croute, which is smelling good.

Also fresh Smoked Haddock fillets are a great help when trying to warm up.

New Opening Hours

Hello everyone!

As our Butchers section is now well and truly open we have now changed our opening hours.

We no longer open on Sunday, sorry everyone, but instead now open on Mondays!

We hope everyone is happy with this arrangement.
